A tour of the old Gibson House will make you feel like you stepped back more than a century.  It is a preserved legacy of the bygone Victorian era typical of the upper middle-class.  The house features all the amenities of the Gibsons in that period -- kitchen, scullery, butler’s pantry, and bathrooms, as well as formal rooms and personal quarters -- are all filled with original furniture and personal possessions.

Hours: Wednesday–Sunday 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm.  Closed: New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.  All holidays are subject to change without notice.

Take the T: Green Line to Arlington Street stop or Red Line to Charles Street stop
