Hatch Shell is a popular landmark concert shell located on the Esplanade, a popular riverside space between  Massachusetts Avenue and Longfellow bridges.  During the summer months you can drop in for the free music series.  Hatch Memorial Shell is also the summer home of the Boston Pops, Boston Ballet, the Metropolitan Wind Symphony, and a  venue for other music and dance groups, performers and films.
