You can see amazing holograms, catch the time-stopping beauty of strobe photography, test your skills on the computer-generated Metafield Maze, and jump in the air only to see your shadow frozen on the wall. “Gestural Engineering: The Sculpture of Arthur Ganson” is a roomful of ingenious, interactive kinetic sculptures that never cease to amaze and delight visitors. Smithsonian magazine describes it as, “Rube Goldberg meets Jean-Paul Sartre.” And don’t forget to introduce yourself to Kismet, the world’s first sociable robot.
